of concerns and characteristics can work in a rewarding way,
and for developing the basic skills to work towards social participation.
The staff that we work with and support
also have much to learn, notice and help from you.
The first step for a symbiotic society is to rejoice in the growth
of others and to grow together within the connection.

We support by step-by-step for social participation in their social life on their own,
from basic employment skills and self-reliance.
Our goal is to create a society in which individual characteristics
and concerns are recognized as each "ability" rather than "handicaps,"
and in which it is natural for people to live together by making use of their ability.
We will continue to develop an ongoing support system
for the future and work to further promote a symbiotic society.

Thoughts on our logo
The letter "d" is also the shape of the word "person" in Japanese Kanji character.
We also designed the spelling of the word "deed" to be joined together right person and left person.
It represents a continuous connection between people and a society where all people can live equally.
